I found this portal recently, where it sells the sketch up models for your quoted price and takes away half of the price if the model sells. You can also submit your models for free.

Thats actually quite a good idea. I have seen few samples and the prices are reasonable.

I'm yet to know about its market dynamics. Like how frequently customers visit, buy from this portal.
